Diamond Circle Insurance Agency Solutions, Inc.

is a non-life insurance intermediary based in Metro Manila, Philippines. It was founded in 2019 by Mr. Emil C. Reyes, who has been in the industry for over three decades. The company seeks to help individuals and commercial entities secure their general assets, such as motor vehicles, marine cargo shipments, and other non-life properties. It also provides coverage against liabilities, accidents, and special risks. With Mr. Reyes’ leadership and extensive industry experience, the agency aims to become one of the leading intermediary of non-life insurance solutions in the country.

MEET OUR TEAM

Mr. Emil C. Reyes is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Diamond Circle Insurance Agency Solutions Inc. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UP Manila in 1974 and attained a master’s degree from the Asian Institute of Management in 1979.

In 1989, Mr. Reyes entered the field of non-life insurance as the founding manager of Manco Insurance Agents Incorporated, the in-house agency of Manila Cordage company. Under his leadership, the company grew from a premium base of 5 million pesos to a final valuation of 12 million.

From 2006 to 2018, Mr. Reyes was the president of GlobalQuest BPO Specialists Inc., a business process outsourcing company that served SMBs from Australia and the U.S.A. Aside from this, he joined other intermediaries, such as Trinity Insurance Brokers. He was its Vice President and General Manager. After almost 30 years in the field, Mr. Reyes finally decided to start his own non-life insurance agency and created Diamond Circle Insurance Agency Solutions Inc.
